Brisbane Alt-Rockers Patient Lounge recently released their immersive new single Treehouse. In honour of their new release, they are back with an official music video accompanying this multi-layered anthemic voyage.
The beauty of Treehouse is the atmospheric storytelling immersing the listener in a momentary reminiscence of the golden days. The group brings this mesmerizing image to life with depictions of the subject yearning to stay within the confines of his nostalgia, afraid to stray from what he knows. Much like the soundscape, the visuals exude warmth and vibrance in a breathtaking and awe-inspiring way that will linger with the listener long after the song has finished. With vocals soaring through the gravity-free field whilst the guitars fire angled and precise shots through the spacious canvas, Treehouse showcases the remarkable diversity that is characteristic of its composers.
Vocalist & Guitarist Zach Eather speaks “This clip was really fun, as it was the first time we just got to act like props. Just rock up and look pretty kind of thing. The team at ONYX were so professional and put together an awesome narrative, so we were really excited to try something that wasn’t just a performance clip”
No strangers to the Australian music scene, their debut singles All You Want and New Man rooted Patient Lounge as one of the finest Alt-Rock acts on the East Coast and saw them play alongside COG, Haken (UK), Wolfmother and festivals such as Dead of Winter, BIGSOUND, The Other Festival and many more! The group’s latest single Treehouse saw them garner global coverage & airplay as well as a sold out home show! With the addition of worldwide representation by Hard Drive Agency, Patient Lounge are well and truly set to take their methodically-curated craft to new heights.
