Isadoré, best described as a sleeping giant of feminine empowerment and beauty personified, is ready to grace the world with her blissfully chaotic yet soothing music style. Since being invited to a writing seminar at Banff Creative Arts Centre in Canada, Isadoré has been perfecting her self produced alternative/electronic project. Moving to Melbourne before her adventures led her to Canada the sense of multi layered differing cultural inspiration in her brand new single Obsessive Behaviours will resonate with so many.
Inspired by the feminist classic “Women Who Run With the Wolves” by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Obsessive Behaviours captures the feeling there is no denying the downward spiral of seeking bottomless pleasure. The production work is purely inviting and from the very beginning you are eager to be drawn in. Once there Isadoré commands a beautiful vocal melody leaving you in a blissful state. The lyrical depth entwining with curiosity leaves you with an incredible experience.
“ I started reading Women Who Run With the Wolves just a few weeks before I left Melbourne and was already so inspired. Finally seeing all sides of women represented and celebrated was refreshing. It has been a long time coming and I’m just so happy to have this song out in the world” – Isadoré
It is far too difficult to deny the type of burgeoning career that awaits Isadoré. As Nkechi Anele put it so simply, she is a force to be reckoned with. A wonderful and wild act that has a lot of love to show and a lot of music to connect to all of us. It’s time to jump into the wondrous world of Isadoré and what awaits is a place we won’t be leaving any time soon.
