PREMIERE: MIDNIGHT FUCKBOYS Release Diary Of A Night Out With Video For ‘Why You Going Home So Early?’

Bringing back the sounds of The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, and The Hives, Brisbane’s indie rock 5-piece Midnight Fuckboys continue to impress with the release of their new single Why You Going Home So Early?, with listeners being instantly drawn in with a question familiar to anyone who can remember what it feels like to go out with friends. The single is their latest pick from their debut album ‘Greatest Hits’ out on the 31st of July.

Like everything listeners have heard from the Midnight Fuckboys so far, the new track brings a youthful energy that is instantly relatable. “We’ve all been in that position where you don’t want to go home and have life return to normal the next day. The song is having a go at both the friend who wants to call it a night early, and the guy who wants the night to go on. I know that I’ve been both person many times.

Majority of tracks on ‘Greatest Hits’ were self-produced by the boys in various bedrooms in a DIY approach, with all tracks being mixed and mastered by Fletcher Horne (Rage Love Records). As the band explain, “we accidentally fell in love with making music together so we picked up a few instruments and have been going ever since.” Fans have much to look forward to with more music to come in 2020.
