Coming off the back of the successful release of Soak Into This, Greta Stanley has unveiled the gorgeous film clip for her latest single. Having performed as part of the third edition of the wonderful Isol-aid Festival over the weekend, Greta begins this week with more of the good stuff to share.
Reuniting with the directorial and filmmaking team behind her single Pour, including the talented Brendan Schoenmaker, the visuals for Greta’s latest is a fitting representation of the Queenslander’s continued elevation and development as an artist.
“Having worked with Brendan Schoenmaker and an incredible team from Griffith Film School with a previous film clip, it seemed a no brainer to pitch the new song to them given the beautiful work they produced. The team behind this new film clip did an incredible job of bringing the upbeat exciting feeling in the song to life. The song is about connection and love – whether that’s romantic, friendship, or in this case Family. I’m so grateful I met such talented folks.” Greta Stanley
The sharing of the Soak Into This music video comes as Greta capped off a blazing release week with Soak Into This. The single, having reached the #1 spot on The Music Network’s Community Chart, #6 on the AMRAP Metro Chart, while reaping in love from triple j, triple j Unearthed and online media including NME, Tone Deaf and AAA Backstage, is only just beginning to flourish.
